R & M Service Company is dedicated to safety on each and every jobsite. Our goal is to provide a safe working environment for our employees by doing the following:

• Full time Safety Manager: Blake Stockton is a Certified Safety and Health officer.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and safety audits.
• First Aid and CPR training.
• Drug Testing.
• Training sessions that brings employees up to date on current industry safety standards.
• Providing full safety manuals in English and Spanish to all employees.
• New employee orientation.
• Instructional safety videos in English and in Spanish.

Our Safety Manger, Blake Stockton is constantly monitoring our jobsites in order to insure that R & M Service Company employees are practicing good safe work habits.
